Amaethon Cocktail Sour on

In a shaker, pour 5cl Amaethon Whisky, 2cl lemon juice, 1.5cl syrup and 1 egg white. Shake vigorously without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously again. Pour on ice in a rocks glass.

- 5cl Amaethon Single Malt Whisky

- 1.5cl sugar syrup

- 2cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 egg white

- 2 drops orange bitters

- 3 drops angostura bitters

Amaethon Cocktail Blood & Sand

In a shaker, pour 2cl Amaethon whisky, 2cl orange juice, 2cl cherry liquor and 2cl red vermouth. Shake vigorously and pour into a martini glass.

- 2cl Amaethon Single Malt Whisky

- 2cl freshly squeezed orange juice

- 2cl cherry liquor

- 2cl red Vermouth
